Error while installing aim

When i tried to install the new version of aim the other day, just when the install was almost complete, it said there was an error while installing aim, told me to go online and download the newest version. I had downloaded the newest version. Anyone know why this might have happened? I know I had plenty of disk space, so its not that.

Hey. Try going and dowloading from they're other install file. I forget exactly where it is, but that should help. Honestly I went back to five point whatever it was before this one, the lag when you sent the first message was annoying and I hated it so I left.

You mean from their ftp server? Thats where i got this one.
